In partnership with Winter Waters, Meridian Boutique Travel invites you to join a soulful, small-group weekend through Coos Bay, Bandon, and Reedsport from February 20-22, 2026.

This is a one-time only tour with limited seats, so don’t miss it!

Please note: If you are not able to arrive by 1pm on Friday, February 20th, please select the “without Port of Bandon Tour ($1255)” ticket option. We know that you may have a long way to drive to get to the Southern Oregon Coast, and that’s ok! We have a full and exciting itinerary for the rest of the weekend, and we are excited to see you when you arrive. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:30 pm at Bay Point Landing for Friday’s welcome dinner with the group.

We know travel is all about trust, timing, and curiosity. Below are answers to the most common questions as we open early interest for this one-of-a-kind Winter Waters experience on Oregon’s Adventure Coast.

  • Winter Waters works with chefs and tastemakers to celebrate seafood, with an emphasis on farmed seaweeds and shellfish, and sustainably caught Oregon fin fish.

  • We take care of the planning, coordination, and connections so you can simply show up and experience it all. Your 3-day journey includes:

    • Lodging at Bay Point Landing (2 nights in a cozy, design-forward cabin)

    • All Winter Waters events and experiences from Feb 20-22.

    • Curated local meals, tastings, and artisan encounters

    • Seamless flow from place to place with a small group of curious, coast-loving travelers

  • This itinerary is made for couples and solo travelers who crave soulful getaways, love supporting local, and find joy in slower, meaningful travel.

  • Travel to and from the Coast is not included. We’ll coordinate group transport and carpools to the experiences throughout the weekend, and can facilitate carpooling to the coast if needed.

  • Yes! We’ll share optional add-on info for early arrival and lodging extensions closer to the booking date. Please note: Additional availability cannot be guaranteed.
